12 ounces almond bark, roughly chopped (may sub cashews or peanuts)
2 cups Diamond of whole raw almonds (buy almonds here)
1-2 teaspoons coarse sea salt

– Prepare a baking sheet with foil paper.

– In a heat-proof bowl, heat almond bark for about 2 minutes. Remove it, stir it, then heat again for 30 seconds at a time (stir after each), until creamy.

– Add almonds to the bowl of melted chocolate. Scoop out almonds and chocolate and pour into a mound on baking sheet. Repeat the process with remaining almonds and chocolate. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.

– Allow clusters to cool. You can put them in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes and they’ll harden up in no time.
